Helen Flanagan cut a stylish figure in a multicoloured fur coat as she enjoyed a date night with her new boyfriend Robbie Talbot at Louis restaurant in Manchester on Friday.

The actress, 34, who has been dating the scouser, 44, for nearly nine months , looked incredible as she teamed the chic coat with a little black dress.

She showcased her slender legs in a pair of sheer black tights and added inches to her frame with a pair of pointed black heels.

To complete her ensemble, Helen toted her essentials around in a dusky pink Christian Dior handbag and further accessorised with a silver diamond necklace.

Meanwhile, her boyfriend Robbie cut a smart casual figure in a coffee brown zip-up polo shirt and black jeans.

He completed his look with a pair of black-and-white trainers as he strolls hand-in-hand with Helen.

The pair looked completely loved up as they giggled with one another while entering the restaurant.

Their outing comes after Helen revealed her boyfriend Robbie has taken on step-dad duties with her three children in a major relationship update on Celebs Go Dating .

The former Coronation Street star was met with backlash two weeks ago when she confessed that she already had a secret boyfriend, Robbie, outside of the show.

An episode of the show saw Helen meet up with her friend, DJ and presenter Ashley James , 37, and they had a chat about how her new relationship is blossoming.

During the conversation, Helen gushed: 'He's just amazing, he treats me so well, he's so kind, really sweet, he's the loveliest man.'

'He helps me with my kids, he'll take Charlie to nursery. He helped me the other day with the kids. He can't do enough for me.'

Ashley chimed in to ask: 'So when you met Robbie, did you know straight away? What made you want to join the agency?'

'I was so all over the place,' admitted Helen, 'but I realised that I actually had a lot of issues that I needed to work on, on myself. So I thought that I'd really, really grow from it.'

The soap star added: 'But I kind of feel like I wanted to bring Robbie to the agency because I'm really proud of the relationship that I have with him. It's really healthy and it's really loving.'

'And I kind of really wanted to inspire other single mums that have maybe had times like me and then they end up finding something really, really lovely.'

Giving her friend advice, Ashley reminded her: 'What I would say with Robbie is of course I only want you to be happy but keep your standards high and know what you deserve because you deserve so much. It's so nice to see you happy.'

Helen shares Matilda, nine, Delilah, six, and son Charlie, three, with her ex Scott Sinclair.

The update came just after Helen revealed on Lorraine that she had been dating the scouser for nearly nine months.

She signed up for the show at the beginning of the year when she and the former footballer were still in the early days of dating.

But she admitted that as the year progressed her feelings for the man became more 'intense'.

She told Lorraine: 'What happened is when I signed for the show, it was the beginning of the year, and we were dating and then it just progressed. I wear my heart on my sleeve.I just wanted to come clean.'

'I wanted to be true to myself. I am a big fan of Celebs Go Dating, I love the show and I wanted to get the most out of the show.'

'I wanted to benefit from it especially with the therapy side of the show as well so I just wanted to be honest.'

'I signed for the show at the beginning of the year, me and my boyfriend were just dating and it got all intense.'

She previously sent fans into a frenzy as she made a shocking confession to her new boyfriend Robbie during a recent episode.

She started: 'So I basically came clean at the agency about me and you,' as Robbie replied: 'Oh yeah?'

'So they want to know if you would come to the agency with me, as my boyfriend,' the ex-soap star went on.

'What do you mean?' asked Robbie perplexed to which Helen responded more remarking: 'Like come to see the agents with me as my boyfriend.'

Robbie asked: 'And what?' Helen replied: 'I don't know, I think they just want to kind of meet you.'

Helen's new partner has become a larger-than-life character already after he criticised the actress's cooking skills.

In a previous episode, while sitting in a lavish restaurant, Helen and Robbie started chatting about how the Coronation Street star could improve her cooking skills as he confessed that her spaghetti bolognese tasted 'like cat food'.

'You can't cook love. No, honest to God. I come round to yours and you said you was going to cook me spag bol (sic)', Robbie began.

'So spag bol, there was no spaghetti, there was no garlic bread, there was no parmesan. It was just mince.

'It was like cat food.'

Looking unimpressed with the comment, Helen snapped: 'You know what, I always make sure you are not hungry.

'I always feed you. I just give you the food I give my kids.'

The comments were made as part of a challenge set by the experts - who had tasked them with discussing things they don't like about each other.
