How to watch SMU vs Boston College: Start time, TV channel and more

T.Davis2 hr ago
The No. 14 SMU Mustangs (8-1, 5-0 ACC) hope to keep their unblemished conference record in their debut ACC season when Boston College (5-4, 2-3 ACC) visits Dallas on Saturday.

The game will be a rematch of last season's Fenway Bowl which was effectively a home game for the Eagles in Boston.

Now SMU can get its win back and grab another crucial victory in its run toward the ACC Championship game .

If the Mustangs win out in the regular season, they'll vie for the conference title in Charlotte. A loss doesn't tank their chances but might set up a messy series of tiebreakers.

SMU is a very different team from the bowl game last season. Even though quarterback Kevin Jennings started that matchup, as well, the redshirt sophomore signal caller is considerably better some six starts later.

The Mustangs also have a bigger and deeper team after largely struggling to contest Boston College at the line of scrimmage during the bowl game.

It'll be an exciting matchup pitting a potent Eagles rushing attack against a stifling SMU run defense that ranks 5th nationally.
