A man is accused of using a stolen credit card to make several purchases and refusing to identify others who were involved, a magistrate's complaint filed in the Superior Court states.

Kenyan Eugene Hunt Coker, also known as Keyan E.H. Corker or Kenyan Corker, 28, was charged with two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, attempted fraudulent use of a credit card, complicity to fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by receiving as misdemeanors.

On. Sept 2, police received a theft complaint and met with a man who said he was working outside and later found his license and credit cards missing.

Police informed the man to monitor transactions on the cards.

The man later called police and said his credit card had been used at Mobil gas station in Tamuning and at GTA.

Police met with the clerk who provided a receipt for $97.78 and reviewed the surveillance video and identified the person who used the card as Coker.

The officer was able to identify the suspect from prior investigation of burglary and unauthorized use of credit cards, the complaint states.

Police were informed the same card was used at Jack in the Box for $12.29 and GTA for $5. Police were told the card was declined at Maxi Mart in Tamuning. Police went to the store and while watching surveillance footage saw a person dressed in the same clothing as the person who used the card at Mobil earlier.

After the card was declined at the store, another man came into the store to purchase cigarettes with the same card, documents state.

Police later located Coker and arrested him on warrants regarding parole investigations.

On the ride to the precinct, Coker requested to talk about the case police were investigating. Police gave Coker his Miranda Rights and he acknowledged those rights and asked again what case police were investigating.

Police told Coker it was about stolen credit cards which were used at several Tamuning locations. Coker asked for a cigarette at the precinct and while smoking, admitted it was him who used the cards, the complaint states.

He said he bought a cell phone and brake fluid at the Mobil gas station and that he attempted to buy cigarettes at Maxi Mart, but the card was declined.

When asked about others who were involved, Coker replied, "You know I don't snitch. It was all me," and refused to identify the other people involved, the complaint states.
