Oct. 25, 2001 sabel (Bogdon) McLaughlin, 87, of Poplar Street, Plymouth, died
Thursday at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born May 10, 1914, in Plymouth, she
was a daughter of the late Michael and Anna (Petresavage) Bogdon. She attended
Plymouth High School. She worked for General Cigar Co., Kingston, before
retiring. She was a member of St. Casimir’s Church, Lyndwood, Hanover Township
and its choir and Altar and Rosary Society. She was also a member of the
Silver and Gold Club of St. Vincent’s Church, Plymouth. She was preceded in
death by her husband, Leo; and brother, Sylvester. Surviving are her sister,
Constance Kragh, Lake Ariel;~ brother, Frank, Lehman Township; and nieces and
nephews. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday from the S.J. Grontkowski
Funeral Home, 530 W. Main St., Plymouth, with a Mass of Christian Burial at

Muhlenburg. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday. A prayer service will be
conducted at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to St. Casimir’s
Church, Delaney Street, Lyndwood, Hanover Township, 18702.
