Jason Kelce has revealed he once pooped his pants before an NFL game - and didn't realize until after completing warmups.

The Eagles legend and his brother Travis were speaking on their 'New Heights' podcast when they brought up Lions linebacker James Houston's apparent accident over the weekend.

And while Houston later claimed the stain on his white pants was from sitting on Gatorade, Jason wasn't buying it - and used the recent story as an excuse to share a tale from his own playing career.

'He has nothing to be ashamed of. I'm here to have your back, James. I have done this. I did this before a game once,' he began.

'You know when you shart and you know that there's a possibility something came out but you're not certain?'

Kelce explained how - before one Eagles game - he asked one of his fellow offensive linemen to check his pants before warmups.

The teammate said Kelce was 'good' - but the center was later told by teammate Lane Johnson that he had 's***t all up and down' his pants.

Kelce says now that he then hopped in the shower to clean off before the game.

'I'M CRYING,' one fan on X captioned a clip of the audio.

'TMI Jason!,' another added.

A video of Houston with a brown-colored stain on the back of his white uniform pants went viral on social media as the Lions played the Texans on Sunday Night Football.

'This is why I hate white pants,' Kelce said of the incident.

'Sometimes you're exerting a lot of effort on the field and if you get caught in the wrong type of gut situation...'

Houston, the 217th pick in the 2022 NFL Draft out of Jackson State, maintained on social media after the Lions' win that the stain on his pants was not what it looked like.

'Ay yall I had sat on some Gatorade just chill,' Houston posted along with a crying laughing cat emoji and a poop emoji.'

Fans did not appear to believe that reasoning as Houston went viral online.

Nonetheless, his team overcame a 10-point deficit in the second half to earn a 26-23 win.
