John Uggetti to retire from St. James Hospital

Retirement is looming for John Uggetti, spiritual care director at St. James Hospital, and a reception honoring his 17 years of dedication will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday in the dining rooms at Intermountain Health St. James Hospital.
Prior to joining St. James, Uggetti was a Butte High School teacher and football coach for 29 years.
According to a hospital spokesman, during his many years of service at St. James, Uggetti, a deacon at St. Ann's Parish, provided crisis intervention, family support counseling, and grief and bereavement counseling to those in need.
