Kaia Gerber is the spitting image of her supermodel mother Cindy Crawford filming Palm Royale

Kaia Gerber looked like her supermodel mom Cindy Crawford 's identical twin while on set of her Apple TV series, Palm Royale, in Pasadena, California on Tuesday.

While taking a break from filming the hit drama, in which she plays a young nail technician named Mitzi, the actress, 23, turned heads due to her uncanny resemblance to her mother.

As she walked her beloved dog, Milo, all eyes were on the American Horror Story star, who exuded old Hollywood glamour with her beehive hairstyle.

The Los Angeles native was a carbon copy of her famous mom at the height of her fame in the 1990s.

Just like Crawford, one of the original 'big five' supermodels, Gerber has taken the fashion world by storm over the past few years from securing major fashion and beauty campaigns to gracing multiple covers of Vogue.

The performer made her modelling debut at age 10 in Young Versace's first ever campaign.

At 16, she walked her first runway for Calvin Klein.

Last year, Gerber spoke highly of her mom as she reflected on how working together over the years has taken their relationship to a new level.

'I do feel like we've established a really strong bond and friendship outside of just a mother-daughter dynamic, which has been so fun for me over the last few years,' Kaia told People .

Cindy, 58, agreed.

'We went to Burning Man together,' she told the outlet.

'We just did a retreat together, we both love reading,' the Peabody Award winner added.

'Yeah, it's a lot of like talking about what books we're reading, sharing podcasts,' interjected Kaia, who is getting ready to re-launch her book club.

'Theater,' chimed in Cindy. 'Yeah, we go see a lot of theater together,' Kaia concurred.

Both mother and daughter are ambassadors for Omega watches.

'I think when we work together, it's really no different than if I was working with another professional,' she explained.

Turning to her daughter The Super Models star contended, 'I feel like when I'm at work with you, it's not like, "Oh, I am with my daughter. She's also Kaia and she has her own place in the world."'

'It feels more like I get to work with just a really good friend.'

Kaia agreed, adding, 'Maybe I would complain a little bit more to you than I would to another person, but I wouldn't say anything different than that.'

But that doesn't mean they don't have some typical parent and child issues.

'She is a cool mom and she still embarrasses me constantly,' the Bottoms actress admitted.

'But it's good! It brings me back down to earth... I probably embarrass her constantly as well.'
