Kathleen Ann Gibson

June 1, 1949 - September 4, 2024

Kathy Gibson, 75 of Butte MT passed away Wednesday September 4, 2024 at (hospital) in Missoula MT with her loving daughter Cindy by her side. Kathy was born June 1, 1949 in Baker MT to the late Harley Peet and Helen Leiss Peet. She was a lifelong resident of Butte having worked at several businesses.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Louis Cole, daughter Tina Gibson, sisters Paulette Holsclasw and Debbie Peet.

Kathy is survived by her daughter Cindy Glenn (Darryl) Mountain Home ID, sister Connie Otts (Larry) Church Hill, TN, granddaughters Raevyn Jessen, Greenville, SC, Robbyn Williams, Ocean Springs MS, and special friend Jake Jennings of Butte MT.

She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, baking and fishing and always provided a loving touch to her creations.

For the last few years, she resided at Copper Ridge Health and Rehab of Butte and was wonderfully cared for by all the staff who she considered her friends.

Her love and kindness will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

There will be no public memorial service.
