Kohr Explores: Truckload of Coats bringing warmth ahead of winter

PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — A local donation event is helping those in need prepare for the incoming cold season.

The Truckload of Coats event, sponsored by the Safeway Foundation, is gathering winter coats, sleeping bags and other items to help support people experiencing homelessness.
