Krispy Kreme donuts hitting Clarksburg McDonald’s next week
CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WBOY) — Krispy Kreme donuts will be arriving at Clarksburg McDonald's locations as early as next week, according to a joint press release from both brands.
Starting Tuesday, Nov. 12, customers will see glazed donuts, chocolate iced "KremeTM" filled donuts and chocolate iced donuts with sprinkles for sale at McDonald's locations in the Clarksburg area. According to the release, the donuts will be delivered fresh every day to participating locations and will be available individually or in dozen or half-dozen boxes until supplies last.
West Virginia McDonald's franchise owner John Ebert told 12 News that the donuts will be delivered from the Krispy Kreme bakery in Washington, PA to 39 different locations in and around the Clarksburg-Bridgeport area.
The partnership between Krispy Kreme and McDonald's was announced in March of 2024 with the promise that Krispy Kreme donuts would be available in West Virginia before the year was out. Nationwide distribution of the donuts at McDonald's locations is currently planned before the end of 2026.
