A three-bedroom rancher with attached two-car garage and detached two-car garage on 0.75 acres sold for $530,000 to Troy and Dawn Hoover, of New Holland.

Kline, Kreider & Good Auctioneers, of Ephrata, held a public sale of real estate Oct. 28 for Ervin and Elizabeth Fisher at 627 Meetinghouse Road, Gap. A four-bedroom house with two-car garage along with barn on 0.86 acres sold for $407,000 to Royce and Amalie Sweed, of Ephrata.

Kline, Kreider & Good Auctioneers, of Ephrata, held a public sale of real estate Oct. 29 for the Shannon Stauffer estate at 2314 N. Penryn Road, Manheim. A three-bedroom rancher on 0.5 acre sold for $215,000 to Anthony Rutt, of Manheim.

Kline, Kreider & Good, of Brownstown, held a public sale of real estate Oct. 30 for the Jeanne L. Catizone estate at 245 S. Center St., Frackville. A three-bedroom rancher with one-car garage on a corner double lot sold for $190,000 to Jason Muraczewski, of Ringtown.

Martin & Rutt Auctioneers, of New Holland, held a public sale of real estate Oct. 31 for Erma H. Garman at 404 N. Earl St., Terre Hill. A commercial garage/shop and warehouse on 0.46 acres sold for $649,000 to Aaron Hurst, Construction of Terre Hill.

Beiler-Campbell Auction Services, of Quarryville, held a public sale of real estate Nov. 1 for Theresa L. Ward at 169 Cemetery Road, Nottingham. A 12.6-acre tract sold for $335,000 to Anthony Brewer, of Colora, Maryland.

Horst Auctioneers, of Ephrata, held a public sale of coins and currency Sept. 19 at Horst Auction Center. Several items and prices included: 1804 spiked chin half cent, $1,750; 1893 silver dollar, $1,150; 1876 S $20 gold piece, $2,550; $80 face value silver quarters and half dollars, $1,700; 1932 $10 gold piece, $1,300; 1834 $5 gold piece, $1,100; 1881 S $10 gold piece, $1,300; 1889 $5 gold piece, $1,200; and 1886 $10 gold piece, $1,300.
