November 15th is the last day to be eligible for the Last Chance Prize in the
The Last Chance Prize is to win a $5,000 Costco gift card and a one-year membership courtesy of California Retirement Plans.
Each $100 ticket gives someone the chance to win a new house built by John Balfanz Homes, Inc. but the real prize is helping defeat childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases through St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

It will feature a two-story house with four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with about 2,500 square feet. It is estimated to be valued at $500,000.
It will be located at 8610 Avon Street in Bakersfield. Open house tours will be happening until November 17.
Only 10,500 tickets will be sold.
This year's home will be given away live on the air on Thursday, November 21, on KBAK-CBS, along with other high-end prizes.
Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food – because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 % to 80% since the hospital opened in 1962.
