Lauryn Goodman reveals she still exclusively breastfeeds daughter Kinara, 14 months, as she discusses 'bouncing back' post baby

Lauryn Goodman has opened up about life as a mum as she admitted she is still exclusively breastfeeding her daughter Kinara, 14 months.

The reality star, 33, gave birth to her second child with Kyle Walker in August 2023, while the pair also share son Kairo, four.

And speaking candidly about 'bouncing back' post pregnancy Lauryn explained that she tends to find it easy to lose the baby weight, but finds breastfeeding 'demanding on the body.'

She explained; '[My daughter] just turned one, she is still breast-feeding. She is exclusive with that, so it is demanding on the body.'

Yet Lauryn admitted she hasn't found it hard dealing with her physical appearance post baby.

The star confessed: 'I am quite lucky. I am a bounce -backer... those ones you hate to look at like "for f**ks sake how have you done that in two weeks?"

'I used to go to the gym a lot before, so I think it is one of those - muscle memory.'

Adjusting to life as a busy mum of two, Lauryn admitted she hasn't had time to get back into the gym and instead keeps fit running around after her children.

'I think because I have got two young kids, Kairo is constantly getting me to play football. So, life is keeping me fit.

'I don't have time at the moment, I used to do gym five days a week. So, I will get back into the gym when I can figure out my life and what it actually looks like.'

She added: 'There is a lot of moving parts when you have young kids. Kairo has classes during the day - he has gymnastics...loads of stuff. It is the same with my daughter.

'It is just trying to fit myself in around them. I'd rather invest in my children and make them really skilled human beings.'

Lauryn also admitted she had a bit of an identity crisis when she first became a mum, but wasn't as affected the second time.

She explained: 'For the first time yes. But the second time onwards... you have already got one so there is less of a change.

'The change is so dramatic [the first time] to just thinking about yourself, to then thinking about your baby and then you.

'When you have a second you are already thinking about the first one anyway, so adding another, you are used to it.'

Back in February, Kyle and Lauryn's affair was headline news after it became apparent he had fathered a second child with her.

And last week his wife Annie Kilner officially served the England footballer with divorce papers because she 'just can't forgive him for what he's done to her'.

The mother-of-four, 31, has instructed lawyers to begin legal proceedings as she prepares to fight for half of the Manchester City defender's £27million fortune.

MailOnline understands he had moved back into their family home in Cheshire - but not into Kilner's bed.

The couple separated last December after Walker was revealed to have fathered a second child with Lauryn , who texted Annie to reveal the news.

As their tumultuous relationship hit a new low, a source told MailOnline: 'Things are as bad between them as they have ever been. It wasn't like a normal marriage.

'They have barely been speaking to each other. She is divorcing Kyle because she just can't forgive him for what he's done to her. She can't get over it. She has tried.

'Kyle seems to have accepted it's over. He's been happier in the last week or so. Like the weight of the world's been lifted from his shoulders.'
