SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – Due to heavy rain Thursday followed by some flooding, local schools have made adjustments to their transportation plans for Friday. At least one school district closed.

Here's a running list:

Bulloch County Schools

Schools remain open and on a normal schedule Friday, though the alternate bus transportation plan is now in effect.

All dirt roads in Bulloch County are closed to bus travel. Some paved roads may also be affected.

Candler County Schools

Bus drivers are reaching out to arrange convenient meeting places for those on dirt roads. If you haven't heard from your driver, call 912-685-7302.

Oaktree Road is closed, so families are asked to continue using the front entrance for drop-offs and pickups. They'll be guided to the Pond entrance/pickup from there.
