FULLERTON, Neb. (KSNB) - A Genoa man got jail time, a fine and probation for his part in the drunk driving death of a Columbus woman.

Court records show 19-year-old Nathan Moseley was convicted in July of felony motor vehicle homicide and misdemeanor driving under the influence.

On Nov. 8, he was sentenced to 90 days in jail, a $500 fine and five years probation.

The Nance County Sheriff said Moseley was driving a vehicle with six passengers in the early morning hours of Dec. 2, 2023, when the vehicle rolled. The accident happened on 470th Avenue in rural Nance County. Roxana Corona, 25, died later of her injuries. Moseley and the other four passengers were treated at area hospitals.

Court documents reveal his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.
