According to a probable cause statement attached to the indictment, in November of 2023, Clearfield Police were called to the Clearfield Aquatic Center on the report of a male, later identified as Bradley, reportedly taking photos and videos of the urinal area of the men's restroom.
Two of the victims were identified as 14-year-old boys, the statement of probable cause said.
Detectives seized Bradley's phone. The statement of probable cause says that police found several photos and videos taken inside the bathroom of the aquatic center. Detectives were able to locate the video that included the minor who used the urinal. The video, police say, is taken from inside of a bathroom stall or other areas of the bathroom.
After this incident, Bradley reportedly committed similar crimes in other jurisdictions, according to the affidavit of probable cause. The state has requested a no-bail warrant as Bradley is said to have been charged in Cache County for similar crimes at Utah State University last month.
Last month, Bradley was charged by authorities in Cache County for recording people in a locker room at Utah State University. In that case, Bradley faces charges of voyeurism, theft, and failure to disclose identity.
Charges are allegations only. All arrested persons are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
