Maryland weather: Mostly sunny weekend as summer gives way to fall

Sep. 20—Baltimore is expected to have a mostly clear, sunny weekend with a slight chance of showers Saturday night.

Friday is predicted to be sunny with a high of around 83. On Friday night, the low will be near 63.

The National Weather Service has issued a coastal flood advisory for Anne Arundel County through Saturday night, including nearly 3.5 feet of flooding around Annapolis.

Saturday is expected to be mostly sunny with a high around 81 in the afternoon with temperatures dropping into the 60s at night when there is a 30% chance of rain with thunderstorms.

Sunday, the first day of fall, is predicted to be mostly sunny with a high around 71, dropping into the 60s at night.

Monday and Tuesday are expected to be partly sunny with afternoon highs in the 70s, dropping to the 60s at night.
