Miles for Mutts 5k to raise money for the Warrick Humane Society

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Registration has opened for the annual Miles for Mutts 5k which takes place this Saturday and aims to benefit the Warrick Humane Society.
Officials say this 3.1 mile run/walk will take place at 8 a.m. on Saturday on the Warrick Trails.
Registration is open now through the morning of the event for $30. More registration information can be found here .
Officials say participants can choose to walk or run during the event, and can also opt for timed or untimed participation. Awards will also be given for the top 5 males, top 5 females and first place dog.
