Mostly Sunny & Warm For Now, But Changes Coming!

E.Nelson36 min ago

Welcome to Fall!!! Although, it's not going to feel like it just yet. We're going to remain dry with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies and highs in the low to mid 90s through Tuesday. Then Wednesday, a front enters the picture and introduces a chance for some showers and storms, and it'll help to cool us off a bit too.

As we go through the week ahead, we will be keeping a close eye on the Gulf as an area of disturbed weather does have a 70% chance of developing into a Tropical system. So, confidence is pretty high for the development of a system, but the all the other details still remain very uncertain, like location, intensity, and path. As of now, any impacts locally would most likely be felt on Thursday and Friday, with some lingering showers over the weekend. But, stay tuned to the First Alert Weather Team for the latest, and any potential impacts on the Chattahoochee Valley.
