New senior community being built in Sioux City
SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — Amera Senior Living will host its Pathway to Living Well Lunch and Learn Series to introduce soon-to-open senior living options in the Amera Senior Living community.
According to a press release, the new senior living facility will be located in the historic Hilton Hotel. It will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care options designed to provide active and supportive lifestyles for seniors.
While the historic character of the building has been preserved there has been the addition of a pool, movie theater, library, physical therapy room, cafe, and 10 floors of comfortable living spaces.
Each of the Lunch and Learn will focus on one senior living option and include an informational session, a complimentary lunch, and a tour of Amera's nearly completed community. The sessions are free and open to the public, and RSVP is required.
