Norfolk man indicted on child pornography charges
LINCOLN, Neb. (KCAU) — A Nebraska grand jury has indicted a Norfolk man with sexual exploitation charges.
According to a press release, Noah Hale, 20, has been charged with sexual exploitation of six minors from between the time of Sept. 2022 and Feb. 2024.

Hale was charged with a total of eight counts: four counts of production of child pornography and could serve 30 years for each count, two counts of attempted production of child pornography facing 30 years for each, one count of receipt of child pornography with a maximum of 20 years, and one count of possession of child protection also with a maximum of 20 years. Hale could serve up to 220 years in federal prison if found guilty of all counts.
Hale appeared for his arraignment and detention hearing on Nov. 1. He was ordered detained pending trial after the hearing.
