Why is it called the Hunter's Moon?

Furthermore, animals were more easily visible as most crops were cleared around the time of the Harvest Moon.

How will the weather be during the peak?

According to the National Weather Service , Thursday will be clear in the metro Detroit area with a high near 60 degrees. In the evening, the temperature is expected to drop around 35 degrees.
