Williamsport, Pa. — A Penn College freshman is one of five students nationwide to win a BASF Techs for Tomorrow scholarship.

The scholarship is administered by BASF, the world's largest chemical company, and The Techforce Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to career exploration and workforce development for technicians.

Jocelyn N. Pandolfo of Clark, N.J., is the recipient of the $2,500 scholarship. She is pursuing an associate degree in collision repair technology.

In addition to the scholarship, Pandolfo and the other four students have been invited to the Nov. 5-8 Specialty Equipment Market Association Show in Las Vegas. There, they will be able to network with industry leaders in the world's premier auto aftermarket trade show.
