Police Blotter: October 5, 2024

Kevin Degan, 51, of Rio Oso, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 1:52 p.m. Oct. 3 at the 90 block of Second St., Yuba City, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Jason Mitchell, 38, of the 1100 block of Melton Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11 p.m. Oct. 3 at his own residence, on suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Andrew Garcia, 31, of the 1400 block of Tres Pecos Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 1:08 a.m. Oct. 3 at Pease Road and Stabler Lane. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Stephanie Hyde, 36, of the 800 block of Nichols Lane, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 1:03 a.m. Oct. 4 at the 9900 block of State Highway 99, Live Oak. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
