Married At First Sight bride Eden Harper looked unrecognisable as she was spotted dining out at North Bondi Fish in Sydney over the weekend.

Eden was worlds away from her stint on the Channel Nine dating show earlier this this year as she was spotted engaging in a lively conversation with a female friend.

Dressed in a chic white asymmetrical dress with intricate knot detailing on the shoulder, her understated glamour was further elevated by black rectangular sunglasses.

She teamed up her look with minimalistic jewellery, including a pair of gold rings and small earrings, adding a sophisticated touch to her laid-back look.

Eden's hair was styled into a casual up-do, with a few strands framing her face, giving her an effortlessly polished appearance.

Sitting across from a friend, who was wearing a strapless black outfit, Eden appeared animated, frequently gesturing as they enjoyed the outdoor setting of the trendy dining spot.

The sighting comes after the television bride admitted that she was still 'struggling' to balance everyday life and new-found fame as an Instagram influencer.

The recruitment manager was matched with Jayden Eynaud on the 2024 series, but the pair split after the reunion episode aired.

'How is life going in general with work and post-MAFS?' one fan asked her during an Instagram Q&A.

'I'm just struggling to balance it all at the moment with full-time work, starting a business and managing social media,' Eden responded.
