Huey's Score: 76 Violations include: Burger and tots that were consumed by employee or guest placed back on line; drinking cup over prep station has condensation from cup dripping into the lettuce; excessive food build up on grills, floors, and door handles; multiple cracks in floors; improper cooling of boiled chicken; unlabeled seasonings and sauces in squeeze bottles; uncovered sauces and food prep units; and dirty ceilings/brown and black. Sen Trang Restaurant Score: 78 Violations include: Food stored on the ground of walk-in coolers and freezers; build-up on the rim of container holding seasoning; raw eggs and tofu left sitting out at room temperature; food left in tin can containers; no expiration dates on food items; unlabeled squeeze bottles and containers of white and brown substances; food stored in togo bags and not inside food-grade safety bags; no hairnets worn by food prep staff; and excessive sink leak. Memphis Pizza Cafe Score: 80 Violations include: Excessive gnats in the restaurant; ice machine having a pink and clear substance coming from the rim; employees not properly washing hands; employee personal drinks mixed with food for customers; floors having excessive food debris in the kitchen; excessive food build up on the bottom of prep cooler; cutting boards needing replacing; unlabeled squeeze bottles of dressings and seasonings; flour bin uncovered; employees not wearing hairnets/beard guards; and ceilings are in poor condition/brown and black.
