Rob Lowe's son John, 28, looks just like his famous dad during outing with Lucy Hale as pair spark dating rumors

ROB Lowe's son John has been seen out in Los Angeles with Lucy Hale, and he heavily resembled his famous dad.

The rumored couple was seen out for lunch at a Mexican restaurant.

John , 28, and Lucy , 35, strolled side-by-side wearing casual outfits.

The actor's youngest son and the Pretty Little Liars star stepped out for lunch together.

They popped into Tocaya Modern Mexican restaurant in Studio City, California , on June 29.

Lucy had on a black tank top and jeans with her hair pulled into an updo.

One day earlier, the pair went to dinner together at Uchi, a celebrity hot spot.

John had on a black T-shirt and matching jeans.

He covered up with a red baseball cap and wore white sneakers on his feet.

The Puppy Love star, for her part, was wearing a white blouse with baggy denim jeans.

She carried a black bag on her arm.

The rumored couple was joined by White Lotus producer David Bernard.

At one point, the pair leaned into one another, looking at John's phone together.

John kept it cool in a cream-colored knit tank top, baggy jeans, and a baseball hat.

Lucy and John have not spoken publicly about their relationship but they were seen kissing and cuddling close during the outing.

They were first linked back in April, after fans spotted Lucy in John's comments on an Instagram post marking six years of sobriety.

Rob and his wife, Sheryl Berkoff, are also parents to a son named Matthew, 31.

John has been open with fans about his struggles with addiction.

In his April post, he wrote, "Six years ago today I took my last sip of alcohol. If you or anyone you know is struggling with addiction, reach out. Ask for help. I did and it changed my life."

In the past, he revealed that he felt "deeply insecure" growing up due to the "pressure" of walking in his father's shadow.

He opened up to Men's Health about his struggles.

"Many times I could have died. I really liked to push the limits of my body and numb out as much as I could," he told the outlet.

"The more insecure I great, the more aggressively I used – to medicate. I've been to many hospitals many times. I've been very lucky."

John's father is also sober.

He spoke about his own journey, which started more than 30 years ago, in an interview with Variety .

"The only way to stay in recovery is to be honest with yourself on a minute-by-minute basis. No secrets, no double life. And you have to get real," he said at the time.

"That's what acting is all about – being real and being honest.

"The longer you are in recovery the more facile you are in getting honest. It really helps get you where you need to be [as an actor] a lot quicker."

John's rumored love interest, Lucy, is sober by choice as well.

She celebrated one year sober in February 2023.

John is a writer, producer and actor.

He was born on November 6, 1995.

His mother, Sheryl, is a make-up artist, and she met his father, Rob, on a blind date in 1983.

John attended Stanford University, where he graduated with a degree in Science, Technology and Society in 2018.

He dreamed of becoming a molecular genetic scientist but found his way into the entertainment industry instead.

John is the youngest of Sheryl and Rob's two kids.
