Sarasota Disaster Recovery Center expands its hours

SARASOTA, Fla. (WFLA) — The Disaster Recovery Center located at the Sarasota Municipal Auditorium has expanded its hours due to demand.
The recovery center, located at 801 North Tamiami Trail, will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
At the Disaster Recovery Center, residents can:
Apply for assistance. They can also Apply for FEMA Assistance online or Apply/Check their status by phone 1-800-621-3362
Learn the status of their FEMA application
Learn about disaster assistance programs
Find housing and rental assistance information.
Understand any letters they receive from FEMA
Get answers to questions or resolve problems
Get referrals to agencies that may offer other assistance
Learn about Small Business Administration (SBA) program
The Disaster Recovery Center at the Sarasota Christian Church is no longer open.
