Serial Home Burglars Pursued By Police: Manhattan Beach Crime Summary The weekly crime summary covers incidents in Manhattan Beach from Oct. 31 to Nov. 6.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — The following is the most recent Manhattan Beach Police Department crime summary.

From Oct. 31 to Nov. 6 there were:

Notable Incidents:

  • According to MBPD, a construction van parked outside a home was ransacked between the hours of 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. on Oct. 30 and 31. Construction workers told police they had lost the keys to the van at a home they were working on in the 1700 block of Nelson Avenue. The crew left the van parked overnight and when they returned the next morning tools and electronics were stolen from inside. Tools at the construction site were also stolen, police said.
