Spring Hill man tried to meet teen at Taco Bell for sex: sheriff’s office
SPRING HILL, Fla. (WFLA) — A 32-year-old Spring Hill man is behind bars after he tried to solicit a 13-year-old for sex over social media, the Hernando County Sheriff's Office said Thursday.
Detectives said Jon Paul Iadisernia was charged with traveling to meet a minor for sex and unlawful use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony.
Hernando County investigators said after being alerted to the communications, they used the victim's account to continue undercover communication with Iadisernia, at which time he sent several sexually suggestive messages to the girl and suggested she meet him at the Taco Bell located at 11140 Spring Hill Drive, saying the pair could return to his house on Henderson Street to have sex afterward.
The sheriff's office said when Iasisernia walked into the Taco Bell, Hernando County deputies arrested him without incident.

After being read his Miranda Rights, Iadisernia reportedly told detectives he knew the girl was 13 but was not planning to have sex with her unless she was over 18.
He was taken to the Hernando County Detention Center and is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
