The District Court says Zacha is alleged to have produced child pornography with a minor from Nov. 1, 2022, to Nov. 15, 2023, and a second minor from Oct 1, 2023, to April 18, 2024.

Zacha is also charged with one count of transporting the second victim across state lines to engage in criminal sexual activity.

In June, Greene County deputies contacted the two juveniles after they were found in Zacha's vehicle during a traffic stop. One of the victims would go on to claim that Zacha physically and sexually abused her. The other victim said Zacha exchanged sexual photos with her online and picked her up from her home in North Carolina to come live with him. Numerous photos and videos of the two victims were also found on Zacha's phone.
