St. Louis police officer hit by car, in critical condition

ST. LOUIS — A St. Louis police officer was hit by a car Sunday morning on Interstate 70 near Grand Avenue and was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition, police said.
No further information was immediately available from a department social media post.
But 911 records show police responded to a car accident at the same location around 8:23 a.m. Multiple calls for aid followed at 8:38 a.m. and 8:45 a.m.
