A man with a history of lewd behavior is facing new charges after police said he burglarized an apartment and napped inside one of its bedrooms, all while three of the apartment's occupants were asleep.

On Thursday, the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged with residential burglary and indecent exposure.

According to court papers, Malepeai was in the Bellevue area when he noticed an apartment with a door that was cracked open.

From there, police said he started lounging inside the apartment as its three female occupants were asleep. Prosecutors said he then allegedly woke up one of the women by shaking her and performing a sex act over her.

"I started to ask him, 'What are you doing here? It's not your house. Who are you?'" the woman told KOMO.

Police said Malepaei was unfazed by the confrontation. According to the victims, he allegedly proceeded to lounge around the apartment, where they said he smoked cigarettes and even drank milk out of the refrigerator.

"He acted like it was his house," said one of the occupants. "He went to the bathroom, he went to the kitchen, he drank some milk."

According to police, one of the roommates ordered Malepeai to leave the apartment. It was at that point that she reported that he threatened her with his fist. From there, they called 911. At that time, they said he passed out in one of the bedrooms.

"I was scared that maybe he could hear me and do something to me," said the roommate who called 911. Instead, she said he remained asleep.

By the time Bellevue police arrived, the victims said Malepeai had been inside the apartment for more than a half hour. He was arrested and booked into the King County jail on $100,00 bail.
