Teresa Giudice reacts to bombshell claims husband Luis Ruelas cheated on her with dozens of women

Teresa Giudice will have a brutal face-off on Thursday night's episode of House of Villains .

The 52-year-old reality television personality — who recently dissolved her lip fillers — gets into a heated confrontation with co-star Tiffany 'New York' Pollard, leading Pollard to take a swipe at Giudice's marriage.

It came after the former Flavor of Love contestant, 42, became aware of the Real Housewives of New Jersey star's intention to sabotage her by putting her up on the show's Hit List.

A sneak peek clip shows Tiffany dragging Teresa's husband Luis Ruelas into the fray, suggesting that he's been unfaithful after he had dozens of roses delivered to the house.

'You know why Luis really sent those roses? Because he's guilty, b*tch! He's been f***ing around and each one of those roses represents how many times he cheated on your a** since you've been in here,' she said spitefully.

The dig prompted Teresa to hit back, 'You're disgusting!'

A source has revealed to People about the accusation, 'Tiffany was just trying to get under Teresa's skin to gain an advantage in the competition.

'Louie never cheated and she knew that, she actually apologized to Louie at the premier party.'

The person close to Giudice added, 'Louie actually sent Teresa 333 roses, which is symbolic for her because she correlates [that number] to her late mother.'

It was added: 'Louie knew that amount of roses would move her and it did and he wanted to comfort her because she was away and was homesick.'

Pollard previously told the publication that going up against Teresa felt 'amazing.'

'If I'm going to go against any other community, it's going to be Jersey,' she said to the magazine in early October.

The reality TV professional continued, 'I mean, New York meets New Jersey. Jersey, meet New York.'

'She's a veteran,' Pollard said about her castmate. 'She's been in the business a very long time. And it was fun clashing with her.'

House of Villains is in its second season, and E! unveiled the cast of its reality competition series this past March.

The network dropped the first trailer three months after Tanisha Thomas won season one.

Pollard is the only returning season one contestant, after coming in ninth place behind Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor.

The participants are competing for a $200,000 cash prize and the title 'America's Ultimate Supervillain.'
