Texas DPS releases computer-generated photos of Seth Altman

MEMPHIS, Texas (KFDA) - The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has released two new computer-generated photos of Seth Altman , the man wanted for attempted capital murder of Memphis Police Chief Rex Plant.

The photos, generated by a DPS Forensic Artist, were created to show what Altman would look like with a trimmed beard and no facial hair.

Officials confirmed sightings of Altman in western Donley County, but he was not found.

He is considered armed and dangerous. If seen, do not approach him and call 911.

A $10,000 reward has been announced as part of an announcement from Governor Greg Abbott and an additional $5,000 reward has been offered by the FBI for any information leading to the arrest of Altman.
