Texas man charged with soliciting pornography from East Donegal minor

A 20-year-old Texas man on Tuesday was charged with soliciting pornography from a child in East Donegal Township.

Justin Taylor Frankum of Quanah, Texas, is facing multiple felony counts related to his demands for pornographic material from a 12-year-old girl over Snapchat, according to a criminal complaint filed in Lancaster County court.

Susquehanna Regional police say Frankum began requesting explicit images and photographs from the girl in August. During their interaction, Frankum identified himself as a 15-year-old boy, according to charging documents.

After receiving explicit images and videos, Frankum became aggressive when the girl refused to send more. Frankum threatened to post the explicit images on social media, according to charging documents.

Police determined that the messages were sent from a Snapchat account with the username, "justintfrankum."

An investigation linked the IP address used by the account to the Quanah area. According to police, a driver's license photo of Frankum matched a photo sent from the Snapchat account.

As of Wednesday afternoon Frankum has yet to be taken into police custody.
