Track 15 Food Hall to host preview fundraiser at Giusto for MLK Center
A highly-anticipated new food hall in Providence is giving the public a sneak peek of its offerings while supporting a Newport charity. Track 15 will host a preview event on December 4 at Giusto in Newport, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center.
The fundraiser, scheduled from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm, will feature hors d'oeuvres from each of Track 15's seven merchants. Guests will sample dishes from Little Chaska, Tolia, Dune Brothers, Dolores, There There, Giusto PVD, and Mother Pizzeria PVD.

Track 15 is set to open in the historic Union Station in downtown Providence. The 18,000 square-foot food hall will feature seven Rhode Island-based restaurateurs, each offering a unique concept. The space will include a large central bar, indoor and outdoor seating for approximately 600 patrons, an entertainment venue, and a 10,000 square foot plaza for outdoor seating and special events.
The food hall's name pays homage to Union Station's history as a transportation hub. Built in 1898, the original station operated until 1986 and played a crucial role in supporting the region's industries.
Marsella Development Corporation partnered with Convivium Hospitality Group to redevelop the space. The project aims to deliver a diverse, inclusive, and approachable hospitality experience reflecting Rhode Island's cultural influences.
Rhode Island-based Vision 3 serves as the architect for the project, while Boston-based CM&B is the construction management firm. Both companies bring extensive experience in building food halls across the United States.
The Marsella family has a long history of development in Providence. Founded by Romolo Marsella in 1979, the firm has been involved in several major public and private ventures in the city and state.
Christopher Marsella, who took the lead in 2008, has expanded the company's development arm and established a full-service property management firm. The company now manages over two million square feet of commercial real estate across Rhode Island and provides construction services for historic renovations and new construction projects.
The preview event at Giusto offers food enthusiasts a first taste of Track 15's diverse culinary offerings while supporting a worthy cause.
