Travis Kelce's off-the-cuff remark about children during an episode of Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? has the internet talking.

In the revamped version, a contestant gets help from a range of celebrities to answer questions taken from the elementary school curriculum for the chance to win up to $100,000.

While Kelce has previously hosted Saturday Night Live and had an acting role in the current FX series Grotesquerie, the quiz show is the first time he has been at the helm of a major TV series.

Now a clip from a recent episode featuring Vanderpump Rules reality star Lala Kent as one of the competing celebrities has gone viral online, thanks to one comment Kelce made. Newsweek emailed a spokesperson for Kelce for comment on Thursday outside of normal business hours.

"Before we move forward, you have multiple children; give me the most solid piece of advice you have, [for] me welcoming a second," Kent asked the woman competing in the episode, to which Kelce responded: "Let me get out my pen and paper."

Since the episode aired, an X (formerly Twitter ) user has posted a video of this moment on the social-media platform, where it has gone viral; "someone is taking notes for the future," captioned the post , which had more than 112,900 views at the time of writing.

Kelce is dating pop superstar Taylor Swift , with fans of the couple often eager to hear updates on their relationship. People on X have reposted the video and shared their thoughts, with one person writing: "Well well look who's taking notes something tells me, Travis Kelce is ready to have babies sooner than later, right out of the mouth of babes can we stop now, denying it."

"This was just a joke, but anybody who thinks that two 35 year old people in a relationship of over a year haven't discussed kids is lying to themselves," said another.

During a bonus episode of her podcast Give Them Lala, Kent shared details about what it was like appearing as a celebrity contestant on the show and recalled how Swift visited Kelce on set.

"Taylor Swift was in Travis Kelce's trailer," Kent said as her co-host Jessica Walter added: "Which was parallel to Lala's, and I'm talking, like, 10 feet away, you guys ... And I see a giant black SUV, and then we start hearing whispers on set. Like, what is that black SUV doing? It was our girl Taylor Swift in Travis' trailer just visiting."

Kent continued: "Yep. Just visiting. They were gonna have lunch together."
