Victim of fatal Tazewell County crash identified

TAZEWELL COUNTY ( 25News Now ) - Tazewell County Coroner Charles Hanley has identified a Pekin woman killed in a crash Thursday .

Preliminary autopsy findings show her cause of death was from multiple blunt force injuries from the crash.

She was the only person in her vehicle.

The crash happened at the intersection of Illinois Route 29 and Thompson Street in rural Pekin.
