Weather Warn: Isolated areas of Freezing Temperatures

R.Green26 min ago

The base of the storm system that brought rainy weather to the Borderland Thursday will be moving through the area Friday.

This will bring freezing temperatures across the Borderland even parts of El Paso County including Fabens and Tornillo.

Highs will be 10-15 degrees below average Friday afternoon, in the mid/upper 50s

This sets up the coldest night of the season thus far with Saturday morning temperatures in the low 30s.

Counties such as, Dona Ana, Luna and Otero counties saw their first freeze of the season earlier this week.

As weather gets colder, remember to protect the 4 P's: people, pets, plants and pipes.
