Neighbor of murder victims: 'Senseless, it's just senseless'
VERO BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Indian River County deputies are working to solve a tragic murder of a grandmother and her 19-year-old pregnant granddaughter.
As deputies try to find the person responsible, friends, neighbors and family members are honoring the victims by leaving flowers and other items at the home on 23rd Place SW in Vero Beach.
People have placed flowers, candles, and handwritten notes in the front yard of the victim's home where the murders occurred last Sunday at around 3:45 a.m.
A neighbor says the whole thing is very sad.

Vero Beach home invasion murder under investigation, IRCSO seeks tips
Deputies are currently investigating a home invasion murder in Vero Beach and are seeking the public's assistance for leads.
The Indian River County Sheriff's Office (IRCSO) reported receiving a 911 call around 3:47 a.m. on Sunday regarding the homicide, which occurred in the 600 block of Southwest 23rd Drive.
During a news conference held on Sunday morning, Sheriff Eric Flowers noted that the sheriff's office is familiar with the residence and its occupants.
He described the murder as a "heinous crime" and mentioned that they are in the process of executing a search warrant at the home.

Store employee discovers child pornography on customer's phone, leads to arrest
FORT PIERCE, Fla. (CBS12) — A Fort Pierce man who walked into a store to get his cell phone fixed was later arrested for child pornography after an employee saw a disturbing video.
According to the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office (SLCSO), Jonathan Busa-Shelton, 25, was recently booked into the county jail on more than 100 counts of child pornography.
The investigation began on Tuesday. Deputies responded to a Metro by T-Mobile store, located at 4856 North Kings Highway, before 7 p.m. after the store employee claimed he saw a video clip on Busa-Shelton's phone of an adult male engaging in sexual acts with a juvenile female.
"It's disgusting to think that people like that live amongst us," Sheriff Keith Pearson said. "There is no place in our community for these sick perverts."
