She was once one of the biggest country music stars in the world.

But LeAnn Rimes was hardly living in the lap of luxury while filming The Voice in the Australia.

The singer, along with her husband, actor Eddie Cibrian , were placed in a very understated three-bedroom home in Sydney's Paddington.

The property features a very basic kitchen, a tiny courtyard and a detached studio/office space .

According to sources, LeAnn and her husband wanted something private and cosmopolitan.

'She was keen on having a place with a courtyard and enough room for her and Eddie to unwind,' a Seven insider told Daily Mail Australia.

'LeAnn wanted a home that offered some privacy but was still close enough to the city's vibrant areas.

'All the coaches had their own set of requirements when it came to where they stayed.

'We made sure to accommodate their needs as much as possible to ensure they were comfortable during filming. It's not unusual for our celebrity coaches to have specific preferences.

'They're used to a certain lifestyle, and we do our best to make sure their time in Sydney matches their expectations.'

Meanwhile, Adam Lambert , the glamorous Queen frontman, has been living in style in a penthouse on the top floor of the Pacific Bondi.

The property, which costs a staggering $54,000 per month, boasts three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring plenty of room for Lambert and his entourage.

This luxury residence offers sprawling beach views from the living room, creating an idyllic escape amid his busy filming schedule.

A source from the production team disclosed that Lambert had a very specific list of demands, insisting on being located right by the beach in Bondi.

'Adam wanted a place with a view and plenty of space for his team,' an insider dished.

'The penthouse in Bondi was really the only option that ticked all the boxes for him, and Seven were happy to accommodate.'

It's not the first time he's experienced Bondi luxury, as he's understood to have previously stayed at one of Hugh Jackman's penthouses during his time on X Factor Australia in 2016.

Meanwhile, Brisbane-based coach Kate Miller-Heidke resided in a quaint two-bedroom terrace in Darlinghurst, conveniently located around the corner from LeAnn.

The singer, 42, has been spotted frequently visiting local cafes, enjoying the neighbourhood's vibrant scene.

Elsewhere, Sydney-based Guy Sebastian required no temporary residence as he lives in his own ultra-modern $3.1 million 'fortress' in Maroubra with his wife Jules and their two sons .

The lavish home, featuring a tennis court and a grand piano, offers both privacy and a warm family atmosphere.

Sebastian has spoken about how he and Jules are still getting accustomed to their new lifestyle, admitting, 'If I'm being honest, I'm still getting used to it. Jules and I never grew up in new houses. But now we've got lots of space and a swimming pool.'

The couple's home was previously featured in a series of glossy snaps by Freedom, showcasing the meticulously designed kitchen.

The monochrome matte design, with Caesarstone benching and Supa Black cabinetry, complements the urban industrial materials used throughout the home.

They also have top-of-the-range appliances, including a full-size wine fridge and a separate fridge for dry-aged meat, highlighting their taste for the finer things in life.

Before buying in Maroubra, the musician and his wife had been living in another beachside neighbourhood in Sydney's east.
