Wildfire Burning In Lakewood, Traffic Affected: NJ Forest Fire Service The fire is in the area of Pine Park and the Lakewood Country Club, authorities said.LAKEWOOD, NJ — Firefighters are battling a multi-acre wildfire in Pine Park near the Lakewood Country Club in Lakewood on Monday afternoon, according to the New Jersey Forest Fire Service.
The fire is causing traffic delays on West County Line Road, authorities said.
Pine Park has been closed to activities, authorities said.
The forest fire service has a helicopter at the scene for observation and has bulldozers and fire trucks working on containment, the service said.
