MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An 89-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder in Oxford, Mississippi, according to authorities. On Tuesday, around 6:48 a.m., the Oxford Police Department responded to a possible shooting in the 200 block of Herman Drive. As the victim's vehicle crossed the intersection, a white vehicle with dark rims was observed on the surveillance video driving south at a high rate of speed on New Kings Road, the arrest report states.
