72-year-old man from Watertown arrested on child pornography charges

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in collaboration with Troop D Computer Crimes Unit executed a search warrant on Oct. 25, in Watertown.
According to State Police, Alan Bryant, age 72 was arrested on the following charges:
Three counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child
Two counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child
These charges came following a Computer Crimes Investigation.
Bryant was arraigned in the Jefferson County CAP Court and released on his own recognizance, said police. He was ordered to appear in the City of Watertown Court on Oct. 28, at 9 a.m.
