SYRACUSE N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A multi-vehicle car crash closed down all lanes of I-690 East before Exit 14 (Teall Avenue) on Sunday, September 29.

Police also said four vehicles had to be towed away from the scene of the crash. The road reopened around 8:40 p.m.
