Alachua County Sheriff candidates face off in WCJB TV20 debate

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - With election day just weeks away, WCJB TV20 News wants to help voters decide who to pick on election day by holding a candidate debate for the Alachua County Sheriff's Race.

All three candidates for sheriff, Emery Gainey, Chad Scott, and Pamela Marshall-Koons have agreed to debate on Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 7 p.m.

TV20's David Snyder will moderate the debate which will air live exclusively on TV20's online platforms.
