Beavercreek Police have asked for help identifying two suspects accused of a felony theft at Ultra Beauty earlier this month.

The department posted photos of both suspects on social media .

Nearly 46 years after a double homicide, a fingerprint from a taxi license application has led to a suspect's arrest, officials in western Massachusetts announced Wednesday. The case began on Nov. 19, 1978, when police discovered Theresa Marcoux, 18, and Mark Harnish, 20, shot dead near Route 5 in West Springfield, Hampden District Attorney Anthony Gulluni said. Harnish's Dodge pickup truck was found nearby with blood and a damaged window, he said.

An arrest report gives more details about what occurred before a man was shot to death Wednesday in the 3200 block of West Edgewood Avenue. Investigators observed surveillance video that showed the victim driving an orange Chevrolet Camaro with orange rims at the intersection of Edgewood Avenue and New Kings Road, according to the JSO arrest report for Lavertis Reed, 20, who was charged with murder in the shooting.
