EBR coroner called to the scene of crash in Baton Rouge, officials say

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – The East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner's Office was called to the scene of a crash on Friday, Nov. 15, EMS said.

The Baton Rouge Police Department said the crash happened a little before 7 a.m. in the 12000 block of Scenic Highway. BRPD units were on the scene providing assistance until the Louisiana State Police arrived to handle the crash.

BRPD confirmed that LSP is handling the investigation.

BRProud has contacted LSP and the EBR coroner for further details about this crash and more information will be shared as it becomes available.

The coroner's office said, they will provide details "as soon as possible once additional information is obtained."
