Friday Night Blitz Week 3 is full of surprises

MONROE, La. (KNOE) - It's week three and the games aren't getting any easier. Teams from across the region picked up the pigskin and went head-to-head.

River Oaks went up against Prairie View and came out on top, scoring 60-28. Franklin Parish shocked many during their matchup against Calvary. They outplayed their oppenents, winning 32-28.

Meanwhile Jena and St. Fred's had a nail-biter of game. Jena managed to squeak by at the end, scoring 14-15. But they're not the only ones...Neville did the same against Holmes County, winning 34-33.

The Carroll High Bulldogs were relentless against Arcadia, they won 38-0. West Ouachita also swept past the competition, ending the night 20-0.

Ruston clinched the win against Longview, scoring 21-10. West Monroe did the same, scoring 63-14 against North DeSoto. Unfortuantley, Union Parish couldn't stand against Airline–they fell 56-28.
